Controller: Porto Clima — company being registered in Portugal (NIF/ENI to be published after incorporation).

Service area: Porto at the centre and any town within 100 km.

2. Data we collect

Through the install request form we may collect:

• Name
• Email address
• Mobile phone number
• Municipality or town (within 100 km of Porto)
• Optional message
• Page language and UTM parameters (campaign source), when present

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process data to reply to your request, suggest price and model, schedule a survey and install, and improve our service.

Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) when submitting the form; and legitimate interest in responding to commercial enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).

4. Processors

We may use providers that process data on our behalf:

• Formspree — form delivery to our inbox
• Plausible Analytics — visit statistics without marketing cookies (standard setup)
• GitHub Pages — static site hosting
• YouTube (nocookie embed) — manufacturer video only if you load the player

5. Retention

Install requests: up to 24 months after last contact, unless law requires longer retention.

Aggregated analytics: per Plausible policy (no individual marketing profiles).

You may request earlier deletion — see section 6.

6. Your rights

Under GDPR you may request:

• Access to your data
• Correction of inaccurate data
• Erasure («right to be forgotten»)
• Restriction or objection to processing
• Portability, where applicable
• Withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior lawful processing)

• CNPD — Portuguese Data Protection Authority

7. Cookies and similar technologies

We do not use advertising or social media cookies.

Plausible (analytics): script without marketing cookies in the current site configuration.

sessionStorage: we store UTM parameters in your browser only to link a request to a campaign — not shared with advertisers.

If we add non-essential cookies in future, we will update this policy and ask for consent where required by law.

8. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. The form sends data to Formspree over an encrypted connection.

We do not request payment or card data on this website during the current demand-validation phase.

9. Changes

We may update this policy — the date above shows the current version.

After company registration we will publish NIF, address and other mandatory legal details in the site footer.
